Provide general administration support and pension administration tasks for clients' defined benefit plansPerform routine and recurring plan administration tasks, including benefit calculations, annual data updates, and pension benefits statementsCollaborate with WTW plan administrators, actuaries, and the client service delivery teamUnderstand plan designs, including benefit formulas, options, and eligibilityUpdate documentation materials, work papers, and audit trailsUse Professional Excellence tools and concepts to support productive, quality service deliveryServe as a contact for clients' human resources personnelAdminister plans according to plan documents and government regulationsParticipate in team meetings and training activitiesMaintain accountability for agreements and commitmentsMaintain complete and accurate case notesComplete special projects as neededAnswer client questions, resolve issues, and complete projectsRequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in mathematics, statistics, finance or another major with significant quantitative course work,
