Class 1 Operators - Kearl Site - 14/14 - Camp + Paid Flights - Fort McMurray, AB

Birch Mountain Enterprises is seeking experienced Class 1 Operators for their Kearl site near Fort McMurray, Alberta. This role involves hauling water and sewer using various Class 1 units, including vac trucks, in a remote camp environment. The ideal candidates are mechanically inclined, physically fit, and have significant manual transmission and mine driving experience.

What You’ll Need





- Valid Class 1 driver’s license with clean abstract
- Minimum 3 years manual transmission experience (up to 18 speed)
- Previous experience operating water and vac units
- Mine driving experience required
- OSSA (or BSO/CSO) and CSTS certification
- Certification in TDG, Daily Trip Inspections, Provincial Hours of Service for Alberta, Weights and Dimensions, Cargo Securement for flatbeds, WHMIS, H2S Alive, and First Aid
- Physically able to work in all weather conditions
- Transparent verbal and written communication skills
- Must pass BME driver’s evaluation, drug and alcohol, and fit for duty pre-employment screening
