Job Description

Recruit, train andmanage catering staff. Schedule employeework hours to ensure all shifts are fully met. Complete payroll andmaintain employment records. Ensure customersreceive quality food in a timely manner. Regularly inspect allwork areas to ensure compliance with food safety and healthregulations. Inventory food and other consumables, orderessentials as needed, and receive deliveries. Accurately count allcash and checks. Examine sales recordsto identify the most profitable menu items. Arrange cleaning andmaintenance services including trash removal,



pest control,deep cleaning and equipment maintenance as required. Requirements

High School Diplomaor GED. Bachelor'sdegree in hotel and restaurant management, foodservice management or related field ispreferred. Food ProtectionManagement (FPMC) or Food Service Management (FMP)Skilled Certification is beneficial. Proven experienceworking in the restaurant industry. Good knowledge oflabor law as well as health and food safety regulations.Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Exceptionalleadership and management skills. Exceptionalcustomer service and communication skills. Attention todetail. Ability to standfor long periods of time. Terms of Employment
