Duration: 12 Months Overview: Our banking client is seeking an Intermediate Scrum Master to support the stand-up of a current Agile team and coach the team in the effective adoption of Scrum practices. The ideal candidate will have previous banking experience and demonstrated experience being directly involved in building and launching a new Agile/Scrum team , rather than only supporting an established team. Responsibilites: Support the stand-up and launch of a new Agile/Scrum team. Coach the team on Scrum theory, Agile practices, and effective ways of working.
