In this position at ADAPT, you'll be pivotal in delivering both individual and group counselling within a supportive, hybrid work environment. Your role will include evaluating interventions and developing wellness plans tailored to clients' needs, ensuring comprehensive care and crisis support.
Key Responsibilities: • Facilitate personal wellness plans and assessments • Deliver group counselling and crisis interventions • Maintain high standards for health record management • Engage with families for enhanced support • Support client navigation to necessary services
Requirements: • Degree/diploma in Social Work or Health field • Minimum 5 years of counselling experience • Current CPR and First Aid certification needed • ASIST and CPI training required • Registration with the Ontario College is a plus
