About the Position Timbercreek Capital is seeking a Director, CMHC Origination who will thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. The successful candidate will be a member of Timbercreek Capital’s Origination team, will be focused on the sourcing and execution of CMHC-insured loans. The individual must be a self-starter and be experienced managing transactions towards successful execution. They should bring an existing roster of direct borrowers and broker relationships, and while primarily require CMHC expertise, ideally would also have experience across different security positions and commercial real estate asset classes.
