Key Responsibilities: • Assess and determine the program needs of Residents • Develop and coordinate engaging recreational activities • Create opportunities for Resident choice and participation • Establish connections with volunteers, families, and partners • Maintain accurate records and evaluations of activities

Requirements: • Graduate of an approved Therapeutic Recreation program • At least three years of relevant experience • Serving It Right certification required • FoodSafe certification required within one month • Effective communication and leadership abilities
