This position is for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist with over three years in the manufacturing or distribution sectors. You will be part of a centralized team, ensuring accurate processing of invoices and payments across multiple entities. Strong relationship-building skills are essential for managing vendor interactions effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process non-PO invoices routing for approval
• Execute weekly cheque and EFT payment runs
• Perform monthly vendor statement reconciliations




• Manage vendor follow-up on outstanding issues
• Complete three-way matching of invoices and POs
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years Accounts Payable experience
• Competence in multi-entity high-volume invoicing
• Excellent communication skills for vendor relations
• Solution-oriented with strong investigative skills
• In office presence in Mississauga 5 days a week
