Avanciers is seeking a skilled Lead Developer for a hybrid role in Toronto, requiring onsite presence three days a week. This position demands over 8 years of experience with Guidewire systems, particularly in configuration and integration. Ideal candidates will have ACE Certification and a proven track record in leading development teams and solution architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead development teams through project lifecycles
• Design and architect solutions for Guidewire systems
• Configure and integrate Guidewire PolicyCenter and BillingCenter
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and teams
• Troubleshoot issues using strong analytical skills
Requirements:
• 8+ years of Guidewire experience
• ACE Certification in PolicyCenter or BillingCenter
• Proven experience in leading technical workstreams
• Strong knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs
