This Director role requires a vision for ML and AI that aligns with business objectives. You will manage a team of engineers while shaping the development and deployment of AI capabilities within the PureRevenue platform. Your focus will include intelligent automation, workflow enhancement, and ensuring compliance in this regulated industry.

Key Responsibilities:
• Define and execute ML & AI vision and strategy
• Serve as AI advisor to senior leadership and stakeholders
• Champion intelligent automation to reduce manual tasks




• Design and deploy machine learning solutions from prototype to production
• Develop scalable systems for evaluation, monitoring, and continuous learning

Requirements:
• 10+ years of ML/AI engineering experience
• Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field
• Proven success in shipping production ML products
• Experience with LLMs and agentic AI systems
• Solid programming skills in Python
