Are you an accomplished ServiceNow professional with a passion for designing scalable, robust enterprise solutions? We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to lead our ServiceNow platform initiatives, including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, SecOps, and beyond. As a Solution Architect, you'll own the end-to-end architecture of the ServiceNow ecosystem, collaborating with stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to craft innovative solutions that streamline operations, bolster security, and enhance service delivery. Your expertise will shape strategic platform roadmaps, governance standards, and integration strategies, ensuring a resilient and future-ready ServiceNow workplace.
Required Skills And Qualifications
10-15+ years of IT experience with deep expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, implementation, and application management.
Proven mastery of ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, SecOps, including configuration, scripting, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and APIs (REST/SOAP).
Strong understanding of CSDM, CMDB governance, discovery, service mapping, and data quality management.
Extensive experience designing integrated enterprise workflows for incident, problem, change,
request, knowledge, and reporting.
Ability to translate complex business needs into scalable, secure ServiceNow solutions.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Nice To Have Skills
Experience with security operations security incident and vulnerability response workflows.
Knowledge of AIOps, event management, service health, and operational visibility tools.
Familiarity with Agile development practices, DevOps pipelines, and platform testing tools such as ATF.
Past experience in regulated environments, utilities, SaaS, or managed services.
Preferred Education And Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Certification in ServiceNow (Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Application Developer, or equivalent).Prior experience supporting large-scale enterprise or utility organizations.
Other Requirements
Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.
Willingness to participate in occasional stakeholder meetings, workshops, and planning sessions.
Prior experience with change management, release planning, and technical debt resolution is advantageous.
