RBC is seeking a Director of Product Strategy & Roadmap to own the end-to-end roadmap for RBC's internal agentic AI platform. You will decide what ships and when, grounding decisions in user value and adoption evidence, and own the product experience and analytics that scale usability.
The ideal candidate has 8+ years in product management, including 3+ in AI/ML, with solid design sensibility and the ability to partner with engineering on architecture without coding.
