Join a leading Tier 1 infrastructure project as a Package Manager specializing in Structural Steel and Envelope in West London. Drive safety and manage subcontractors for successful project delivery.

Reporting to the Senior Package Manager, you will take charge of critical construction packages, overseeing the management of design and interfaces while ensuring compliance with NEC3 contracts. This on-site position requires you to be at the project location four days a week, directly supervising 1-2 Assistant Package Managers to enhance project efficiency and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the execution of structural steel and envelope packages
• Track subcontractor deliverables and performance metrics
• Collaborate with design teams to resolve site clashes




• Ensure commercial compliance with NEC3 contractual obligations
• Drive construction strategies and manage temporary lifting solutions

Requirements:
• BSc or equivalent in Civil Engineering or related field
• Strong understanding of NEC3 contract procedures
• Proven civil engineering experience on Tier 1 projects
• Management experience in subcontractor oversight
• Valid CSCS card and UK work rights
