As the Interim Senior Vice President, you will report directly to the CEO and play a pivotal role in establishing the organization's new Applied Research Division. You will develop a comprehensive strategy and governance framework aimed at improving youth mental health outcomes, attracting funding, and fostering meaningful partnerships. Engage with the Executive Leadership Team and Board to ensure successful implementation and sustainable development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and establish the Applied Research Division
• Develop an applied research strategy aligned with priorities
• Assess existing data assets for actionable insights
• Foster partnerships with academic and healthcare institutions
• Initiate first wave of research and funding activities
Requirements:
• 15+ years in leadership roles in healthcare or research
• Proven experience in applied research and analytics
• Familiarity with community engagement and equity-informed methodologies
• Robust governance and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives
