Riverside Health Care (Riverside) is a fully accredited multi-site,multi-faceted health care system providing service to the Rainy River Districtand is the third largest provider in spectacular Northwestern Ontario. TheRainy River District is a remarkable place to call home and encompasses diversecommunities across the North West. Riverside has sitesacross the western portion of the District and serves a catchment area of morethan 22,000 residents across 4.7 million acres in Fort Frances, Emo, and RainyRiver. The Vice President, Infrastructure, InformationServices & Chief Financial Officer (VP & CFO) joins Riverside at a pivotal moment oftransformation and opportunity. Reporting to thePresident & Chief Executive Officer and serving as a key member of the ExecutiveLeadership Team, this role offers the rare chance to shape the future ofhealthcare delivery across a geographically vast and uniquely interconnectedregion of Northwestern Ontario. As Riverside continues to advance its strategicpriorities, modernize its infrastructure and technology platforms, andstrengthen its long-term financial sustainability, the VP & CFO will play acritical role in setting direction and driving execution.
Leading an integratedportfolio spanning finance, infrastructure, information services, capitalplanning, procurement, business intelligence, and support services, thesuccessful candidate will help position Riverside to meet the evolving needs ofpatients, residents, staff, physicians, and communities across the Rainy RiverDistrict while guiding the organization through a period of significantorganizational and system transformation. Beyond operational leadership, thisexecutive will serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board, a champion forinnovation and modernization, and a key advocate for Riverside with OntarioHealth, the Ministry of Health, municipal, regional, and provincial partners. Theywill strengthen strategic partnerships, advocate for Riverside within Ontario'sevolving healthcare system, and lead transformational initiatives that positionthe organization for long-term success.
