In your role at S&R; Group as a Maintenance Worker, you'll focus on the upkeep and maintenance of our Home, making everyday life safe and enjoyable for residents. This hands-on position involves plumbing, electrical work, plastering, and painting, along with upholding compliance to safety policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform general maintenance of plumbing, heating, and cooling systems
• Move furniture safely within the Home as needed
• Ensure tools and equipment are in working order
• Support special projects like carpet cleaning or painting
• Track maintenance tasks using computerized systems

Requirements:
• Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent
• Familiarity with long-term care building codes
• Must be available for emergency calls
• Recent Vulnerable Sector Screening (VSS) check
• TB 2 Step completed within the last year
