Lead Stephenson's Rental Services in Southwestern Ontario as a Regional Development Manager, focusing on profitable growth and market expansion. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on leadership in a agile environment.

As the Regional Development Manager, you'll oversee branch operations with full P&L; accountability, driving performance and enhancing customer relationships. Your expertise in management will ensure timely achievement of business objectives while guiding branch managers towards success. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the region's strategy and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct branch operations and support managers consistently
• Maximize profitable growth through strategic planning




• Develop and execute annual business plans successfully
• Coordinate regional initiatives with VP Operations
• Foster strategic alliances and acquisition targets

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years management experience in rentals
• Strong problem-solving and people management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software
• G Class driver's license with a clean record
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
