Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering or similar

• Familiarity with Six Sigma, Lean, and manufacturing analysis tools
• Strong communication skills and a focus on safety behaviors
• Flexibility for shift coverage and travel for benchmarking
