In this significant leadership role, reporting to the Mill Manager, you will guide Fixed Plant Reliability and Planning teams. Your extensive experience in mining will be critical in implementing maintenance strategies, optimizing schedules, and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development of asset management strategies
• Manage maintenance plans and schedules to limit disruptions
• Establish and monitor reliability KPIs and compliance




• Facilitate predictive maintenance and condition monitoring
• Build team-oriented relationships with stakeholders

Requirements:
• 8+ years in reliable maintenance within mining
• 3+ years in a superintendent leadership role
• Experience with SAP PM and asset management
• Strong analytical and leadership skills
• Relevant engineering degree or certifications in reliability
