Join our team as an Agriculture Water Management Associate or Specialist and contribute to responsible agricultural water management. In this role, you will assess and advance drainage projects that improve farm efficiency while considering water quality, downstream flooding, habitat, regulatory requirements, and long-term watershed outcomes.
You will use technical, communication, and project management skills to review applications, analyze data, complete assessments and technical reviews, conduct field inspections, and ensure projects comply with legislation, policy, and funding requirements. We are looking for a practical problem-solver who can work independently and in the field, build positive relationships through strong communications, and explain complex information clearly while balancing agricultural, environmental, and regulatory considerations.
You will work as a part of a diverse, collaborative and passionate team of professionals from various disciplines, contributing to projects that support responsible agricultural water management and practical outcomes for clients and communities.
