Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive primary medical care to all age groups
• Perform home visits and offer itinerant services
• Collaborate with inter-professional teams in client care




• Conduct prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care as needed
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality

Requirements:
• Degree in medicine and current Ontario medical license
• Completion of a two-year accredited residency program
• Strong clinical skills with experience in community health
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Bilingual ability relevant to community populations is an asset
