Drive safety at a manufacturing site as a Saudi National HSSE and Fire Manager. Ensure compliance and cultivate a proactive safety culture while leading the EHSS strategy.

Our client in the Mining and Manufacturing sector is in search of a Saudi National to manage their HSSE and Fire function. This leadership position requires a robust background in EHSS with at least 5 years in managerial roles focused on contractor governance and incident oversight. You will also oversee emergency preparedness and compliance activities across the site.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and evaluate EHSS performance metrics and plans
• Govern contractor EHSS performance with accountability
• Manage incident response and investigations efficiently




• Ensure readiness of fire systems and site safety drills
• Liaise with regulators and oversee compliance audits

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Fire, or Environmental Engineering
• 10-15 years EHSS experience in relevant fields
• NEBOSH IGC or equivalent required, Diploma preferred
• Fire safety certification is highly desirable
• Excellent leadership and reporting abilities
