Join The Link as a Full-Time Human Resources Assistant, ensuring smooth HR operations and employee communications. Your role will directly support the mission of enhancing youth and family services in Manitoba.
In this critical position, you will assist with HR administration, onboarding processes, and recruitment functions. Your expertise in organization and communication will help facilitate training and onboarding for recent employees, as well as ensure that HR records are accurately maintained. Your contributions will strengthen the vital services provided to the community at The Link.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming HR inquiries and documentation
• Organize new hire orientations and training sessions
• Maintain applicant tracking and recruitment systems
• Update HR intranet and employee databases
• Prepare reports and assist with HR projects
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of administrative experience required
• Familiarity with databases and MS Office Suite
• Experience in child welfare is desirable
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information sensitively
