In this permanent full-time position within the OT LAB Path Surgical department, you will support Pathologists, coordinate with Oncology, and handle various office duties. Your role will facilitate the overall efficiency of the Pathology Office while ensuring exceptional patient experiences. Training new staff and maintaining essential logs will also be part of your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily office operations and workloads
• Coordinate tasks with Pathologists and Oncology departments
• Order necessary supplies and manage work orders
• Maintain accurate logs and send-out reports
• Participate in training sessions for new employees
Requirements:
• Graduated from a Medical Secretarial program or equivalent
• Experience with medical terminology and office tasks
• Familiarity with Meditech Expanse systems
• Solid communication and multitasking abilities
• Physically able to fulfill job responsibilities
