As an LPN in the High Prairie Hemodialysis Unit, you will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care and develop plans tailored to individual patient needs. This role requires strong critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and adherence to nursing standards. Your dedication ensures high quality care in a multidisciplinary healthcare setup.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate patient health and create care protocols
• Deliver nursing care in accordance with current practices
• Partner with multidisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes
• Keep accurate records of patient care activities
• Engage with patients and families to provide support
Requirements:
• Completion of an accredited LPN program necessary
• Active registration with CLHA and BCLS-HCP
• Physical Assessment, IV Therapy, and Medication Administration certification
• Must be capable of lifting 40lbs (18kg)
• Preferred experience in hemodialysis nursing
