Pursue a role as a Building Liaison with CMHA-Edmonton, enhancing tenant relationships and safety within a residential apartment. Provide in office support and uphold building regulations.

In this part-time position reporting to the Manager of Housing Services, your primary responsibility will be liaising with tenants to ensure compliance with key safety procedures. Establish trustful peer-support relationships while addressing any tenant issues or disturbances efficiently, ensuring a secure living environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Offer direct support to tenants in a residential setting
• Enforce building regulations to ensure safety
• Observe and report tenant behavior for further action




• Maintain detailed incident records for management review
• Mediate disputes and resolve conflicts among tenants

Requirements:
• High school diploma; social work background is preferable
• Experience working with mental health issues
• Familiarity with Residential Tenancies Act in Alberta
• Police Information Check with Vulnerable Sector required
• First Aid and Mental Health First Aid certifications mandatory

Contribute to a supportive living community while ensuring the well-being of tenants at CMHA-Edmonton.
