Greet customers and discuss the type, quality, and quantity of merchandise or services required

Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge

Replace used stock, rotate current stock, and ensure satisfactory inventory levels

Participate in merchandising and promotional activities for accessories

Ensure store conditions are consistently upheld to established standards

Adapt communication style to deliver information effectively to a range of individuals

Maintain professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray the company positively

Calm irate customers by explaining situations and attempting to resolve issues

Take customer orders and prepare products for purchase

Ensure customer satisfaction with issue resolution and the resolution process

Assist with merchandise displays and inventory management

Ensure accuracy in transactions, inventory, and procedures

Participate in store maintenance and general housekeeping

Work with management and employees to maximize store sales and in-store presence

Answer and transfer external and internal phone calls

Adhere to health, safety, security, and company policies and procedures

Identify customers as required by the Cannabis Retail Store Handbook

Prepare merchandise for purchase

Requirements

Must have valid SellSafe Certification

Post Secondary degree / diploma preferred

A valid First Aid certification is considered an asset

Ability to work any shift based on business needs,



Monday to Sunday

Ability to work nights, holidays and weekends and different locations

Experience in sales and customer service preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Team player mentality

Ability to compute basic mathematical problems

Attention to detail

Passion and excitement for cannabis and all of its derivatives

Desire to educate customers and the community about the benefits associated with cannabis use without giving medical advise
