Key activities include defining project scopes, managing schedules and budgets, and collaborating with stakeholders. You'll mentor students involved in projects, helping prepare them for careers in advanced manufacturing while fostering a culture of equity and diversity.

Key Responsibilities:
• Scope and manage research projects with industry partners
• Create and oversee project schedules and budgets




• Provide mentorship to student employees
• Ensure delivery meets industry commitments
• Collaborate with various stakeholders on project execution

Requirements:
• Three-year post-secondary education in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience in advanced manufacturing research
• Skills in project management and delivery
• Data analysis experience
• Understanding of diversity and inclusion principles
