This unionized position is perfect for individuals with a B.S.W. and two years of relevant experience in child and family services. Engage in immediate response functions, coordinate services, and build relationships that foster child and family well-being. Your expertise in Indigenous culture will be instrumental in supporting families through challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments to ensure child safety
• Develop relationships to evaluate strengths and needs




• Advocate for culturally appropriate service access
• Facilitate ongoing family contact and support
• Attend court hearings as required

Requirements:
• B.S.W. or compact education/experience combination
• At least two years in a relevant working context
• Valid Driver’s License and dependable vehicle
• Comprehensive knowledge of Indigenous history
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
