Become a vital part of Stonehenge Therapeutic Community as Overnight Residential Support Staff in Guelph. Support clients in their addiction recovery journey through mentoring, crisis intervention, and participation in community activities.

This role requires engaging in peer support while supervising daily activities at our residential treatment facility. Candidates with a passion for social work or counseling will find this work rewarding. You'll participate in crisis management, provide mental health support, and contribute significantly to the residents’ recovery experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise residents participating in daily activities
• Provide mental health support and crisis intervention
• Monitor facility activities during overnight shifts




• Lead programs and interact with residents
• Facilitate medication administration with documentation

Requirements:
• College Diploma or University Degree related to mental health
• Six months experience in addictions or mental health
• Valid G Driver's License and transparent motor vehicle record
• Standard First Aid/CPR Level C certification
• Reliable transportation, not on a bus route
