As the Senior Mechanical Estimator, you will engage with a small team under the Director of Construction, ensuring each bid is expertly managed from initiation through closure. Your expertise will guide designs as you collaborate with project teams to ensure project objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute complete mechanical takeoffs for HVAC and plumbing
• Review and analyze project specifications, issuing RFIs




• Source and negotiate on vendor and subtrade quotes
• Build competitive bid packages, applying labor units accurately
• Manage bidding processes through to final close

Requirements:
• At least 3 years of mechanical estimating experience
• Familiarity with estimating software like PlanSwift and Bluebeam
• Mechanical Engineering Technologist or Technician diploma
• Comprehensive knowledge of relevant codes and scopes
• Legally permitted to work in Canada
