Key Responsibilities:
• Provide individualized support under the BSO model
• Work closely with BSO RPN on care plan assessments
• Coach staff on effective communication and intervention methods




• Participate in behavior documentation and tracking
• Collaborate during interdisciplinary resident assessments

Requirements:
• Current PSW Certificate mandatory
• Preferred experience with responsive behaviors and complex needs
• Knowledge of BSO and relevant training is valued
• Solid teamwork and communication skills essential
• Ability to work flexible shifts to meet resident needs
