As the Director of Engineering, AI Frontiers, you will oversee a dedicated team of AI engineers tasked with innovating in agentic systems, multimodal capabilities, and AI tooling. Your responsibilities include managing prototyping efforts, embedding compliance and governance from the outset, and communicating findings through executive briefings. Your expertise will drive successful enterprise adoption of cutting-edge AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and mentor AI engineering team on evaluations and prototypes

Requirements:
