WINS is looking for a passionate Development Officer dedicated to enhancing our mission. This position involves managing relationships with individuals, corporations, and foundations, aiming to secure major gifts ranging from $10,000 to $250,000. You will utilize storytelling and robust communication to develop donor engagement strategies that resonate.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and cultivate relationships with diversified donors
• Write engaging proposals and impact reports
• Collaborate with senior leadership on donor cultivation




• Create personalized donor journeys and stewardship plans
• Ensure accurate tracking of interactions in the CRM

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum three years of successful fundraising experience
• Excellent relationship-building and persuasive writing abilities
• Demonstrated ability to deliver quality results on time
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed
