United Way BC seeks a Technical Business Analyst skilled in data analytics and business process improvement. The successful candidate will possess a minimum of three years’ experience in analyzing and presenting data to enhance decision-making. In this role, you will support the Community Impact & Investment department, developing reporting solutions and optimizing workflows for data governance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and develop community impact reporting dashboards
• Conduct detailed analysis to assess fundraising strategies
• Facilitate staff education on data handling practices




• Enhance operational efficiency through improved procedures
• Document processes to ensure clarity in data reporting

Requirements:
• Educational background in Computer Science, Business, or economics
• Three years of experience in data analysis roles
• Proficiency in SQL and business intelligence tools
• Advanced analytical and communication skills
• Robust teamwork and problem-solving capabilities
