We are seeking a Child Support Worker with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively manage behavioral challenges. This role requires collaboration with camp staff and families to create a nurturing workplace. A diploma in Early Childhood Education or related fields is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
• Establish clear and consistent boundaries for children
• Provide 1:1 support to children aged 5-12
• Collaborate with camp staff and families effectively
• Respond calmly to behavioral challenges
• Create a positive and nurturing atmosphere

Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent experience
• Minimum six months' part-time experience in child care settings
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Support Services, or related field preferred
• Current First Aid and CPR C Level 1 certification
• Willingness to obtain necessary certifications
