Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver excellent customer service while working with production teams
• Process and manage documentation as per HUB workflows
• Maintain direct correspondence with customers and insurers




• Oversee account reconciliation in partnership with the Accounting team
• Review and prioritize daily activities, tasks, and emails

Requirements:
• 1-2 years of relevant administrative experience preferred
• Strong customer service skills throughout interactions
• High level of detail orientation and accuracy
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Comfort in a quick-paced, client-centric work setting
