Status: Temporary Contract - ending February 2027, approximately 25 hours per week

Your Day-to-Day

Transcribe audio files into prepared templates using DocShuttle typist software

QA reports

Fill out timesheets for payroll

Qualifications & Core Competencies:

High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent

Post secondary education in Medical Office Administration, Transcription or related field considered an asset

Computer/software knowledge





Medical terminology and grammar

Typing speed balanced with accuracy/speech recognition experience

Required to be available during clinic hours anytime from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. MST
