Key Responsibilities:
• Elicit and document business and system requirements
• Analyze as-is and to-be business processes
• Support backlog management and sprint planning




• Facilitate stakeholder discussions and solution demonstrations
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and defect tracking

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• 3-5 years of business analysis experience
• Proficiency with ARIS, Azure DevOps, and Jira
• Robust understanding of Agile methodologies
• Experience with CAD and PLM systems is a plus
