The Program Coordinator will work under the FAcT Program Director, providing essential support for the transition and establishment of site services. Your prior experience in project management will aid in coordinating logistics and managing documentation throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate transition plan submissions and reviews
• Document operational requirements for service inputs
• Liaise with service providers for tracking progress
• Maintain schedules, risk registers,



and readiness checklists
• Prepare materials for meetings and inspections

Requirements:
• High school diploma required
• 3-5 years experience in project coordination or logistics
• Robust organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools
• Eligible for Secret Security and Controlled Goods clearance
