As part of a cross-functional team, you'll report to both the Compliance Fund Director and the Fuel Innovation Technology Director. This vital role involves managing the entire portfolio lifecycle, from proposal intake to project closeout, ensuring high-impact projects meet Canada’s emissions reduction goals and enhance clean fuel innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate FIF proposal evaluation activities and timelines
• Manage applicant communications and evaluation administration
• Oversee onboarding of external subject matter experts
• Conduct quality control reviews for proposals and milestones
• Monitor project statuses and recommend process improvements
Requirements:
• 5+ years in portfolio or project management
• Post-secondary education in relevant fields
• Proficient in Excel with large datasets
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Robust problem-solving initiative
