Armco is seeking a Building Operator to ensure secure, efficient operation of commercial properties in its Calgary portfolio. You will perform inspections, preventative maintenance, and minor repairs while responding to tenant requests and helping ensure compliance with Alberta health and safety requirements.
Ideal candidates have at least three years in building operations, strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and BAS/BMS systems, and a valid driver's license.
