As a Maintenance Attendant, you'll report to the Maintenance Manager while performing vital tasks, including building mechanics, plumbing, painting, and minor electrical repairs. You will also support preventive maintenance efforts and maintain the mechanical components of the hotel to ensure guest satisfaction and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform thorough inspections of facilities
• Engage in routine and preventive maintenance procedures
• Document daily maintenance activities and tasks
• Undertake varied interior and exterior maintenance duties
• Identify and rectify defective systems and equipment

Requirements:
• Experience in building maintenance is essential

• Valuable physical health to handle heavy lifting
• Capable of moving up to 100 pounds unaided
