Prepare meals for seniors residence (108 residents). Breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Responsible for proper preparation and presentation.
Day, evening, and weekend work.
Inspect food supplies.
Check incoming food supplies.
Wash pots and equipment.
Clean cooking area and other kitchen equipment.
Load, operate and empty dishwasher.
Must have experience in quantity food preparation and the preparation of therapeutic diets; knowledge of proper food handling and storage; familiar with commercial kitchen equipment.
