As a leader in the Software Engineering Centre of Excellence, your role focuses on fostering the responsible use of AI in backend development. You'll work with application teams across the company to define coding standards, optimize CI/CD pipelines, and ensure compliance with security practices. By mentoring engineers and influencing standards adoption, you will enhance the overall developer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Document and uphold Java/Kotlin coding standards and design patterns
• Conduct compliance scanning and drive resolution for critical issues




• Evaluate shared libraries and third-party frameworks for improvement
• Guide API design and cloud-native architecture practices
• Develop AI adoption guidelines aligned with governance protocols

Requirements:
• Minimum of 6 years in software engineering
• In-depth knowledge of CI/CD, secure coding, and code quality
• Experience with GitHub and automated tooling
• Proven mentoring skills for engineering teams
• Ability to translate governance into practical standards
