Your role will include updating ORM program records, assessing change initiatives, and summarizing oversight requests. Additionally, you will seek opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and simplify processes while developing necessary training materials.

Key Responsibilities:
• Update ORM program records and validate procedures
• Assess risks related to change initiatives and link references




• Serve as a contact for monitoring oversight requests
• Manage IT and Maverick findings effectively
• Develop operational risk training materials and workshops

Requirements:
• Experience in risk and control management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Solid communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt and work with ambiguity
• Interest or experience in AI is a plus
