Must Have:

Experience leading complex organizational transformation and change management initiatives.

Knowledge and application of industry-standard change management frameworks and methodologies.

Experience conducting stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, readiness assessments, and change planning.

Demonstrated success driving organizational adoption and culture change.

Experience establishing change governance and performance measurement frameworks.

Experience designing and executing large-scale communications and engagement strategies.

Experience developing executive-level communications, presentations, key messages, and engagement materials.

Experience working within public sector environments, including governance, approvals, accountability requirements, and labour relations consideration
