In this position, you will work directly with the SPAAR Service Field Supervisor and service team. You’ll be responsible for completing taping and sanding drywall repairs in both occupied homes and during new construction. Robust attention to detail, time management, and communication skills will be pivotal in enhancing client relationships and achieving project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform high-quality taping and sanding for drywall
• Conduct small boarding repairs as needed
• Meet trades appointment schedules in homes
• Collaborate with builders and other trades
• Update office with project progress for documentation
Requirements:
• Minimum Class 5 Alberta Driver’s license with clear abstract
• Experience in residential drywall customer service
• Strong taping and troubleshooting skills
• Detail-oriented with multitasking ability
• Knowledge of the construction industry is valuable
