As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will engage in providing life skills training, coaching, and wrap-around support for clients and their families. Your role involves addressing both the physical and emotional needs of clients in accordance with established care plans. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with daily living activities and skill development
• Offer tailored advocacy and support to clients and families




• Document clients' progress and behavioral responses
• Collaborate effectively within a diverse team
• Promote individual independence and a positive change trajectory

Requirements:
• Educational background in Community Social Services
• At least two years related experience with Indigenous individuals
• Familiarity with mental health and substance use protocols
• Basic Life Saving Certificate required
• Class 5 driver's license essential
