Challenger Motor Freight is looking for a Driver Safety Administrator in Cambridge, Ontario, to support the Safety & Compliance team. Your responsibilities will include tracking compliance data, conducting performance evaluations, and engaging drivers in safety initiatives. In this role, you'll be part of a culture dedicated to safety and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform administrative tasks involving data management
• Monitor hours of service and critical event notifications




• Conduct exit interviews and performance evaluations
• Manage the Carrier's Edge training system
• Respond to inquiries regarding safety and compliance

Requirements:
• Experience with transportation regulations is a benefit
• Familiarity with Hours-of-Service laws in both countries
• Background in transportation is advantageous
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software
• Commercial vehicle license preferred
